# What should I do if someone is parked in my reserved parking space?

This can happen in **rare** cases. 
You can simply move to another **Repark parking space** in the same garage.

|| The only important thing is that your booking must be active and your license plate number must be correctly registered. 
Also the Parkingspace needs to have our Repark-Sign on it!

The same applies to fixed subscription parking spaces: simply move to another Repark parking space. You don't need to notify us separately. However, if the other car is parked in your space for a longer period of time, please let us know by phone or email.
