How do I book?

1. Registration (first time only)

Before you can book, you need to register quickly.[1] It works without a password:

• Go to app.repark.at.
• Click on "Log in"
• Enter your mobile phone number.
• You will receive an SMS code. Enter it – and you're done!

Tipp: Falls die SMS nicht ankommt oder ein Fehler auftritt (z. B. durch Google Recaptcha), gibt es folgende Möglichkeiten:

• Warte ein paar Minuten – manchmal dauert der SMS-Versand etwas länger.
• Gib deine Telefonnummer ein und drücke noch nicht auf „Weiter". Warte ca. 30 Sekunden, bis ein roter Text unter dem „Weiter"-Button erscheint. Tippe auf diesen Text, um den alternativen Verifizierungsprozess ohne Google Recaptcha zu starten.
• Versuche einen anderen Browser.
• Nutze beta.repark.at – dort ist der Registrierungsprozess bereits überarbeitet und bietet eine alternative Verifizierungsmethode.

2. Booking a spot

• Select period: Tap on the calendar ("Today") and choose when you want to park (single day or multiple days)
• Select garage: Choose the desired Repark location on the map.
• Confirm booking: Enter your license plate number and payment details, then confirm the booking.

3. Parking & Access

You don't need a paper ticket or a key – your smartphone is your opener!

• Open the gate: When you arrive at the garage, open your active booking in the web app and press the large "Open garage door" button.
• Park: Park your car in one of the spaces marked with a Repark sign.
• Pedestrian access: To re-enter the garage later on foot, use the open button in your booking again (for the pedestrian door or main gate)
