Q: Is a Day Ticket or Booking Valid for 24 Hours or One Day?

Q: How far in advance can I reserve a parking space?

<p>You can reserve a parking space up to <em>six months</em> in advance. Depending on availability, you can also book parking spaces spontaneously at any time and park immediately.</p>

How do I book?

1. Registration (first time only)

Before you can book, you need to register quickly. It works without a password:

Go to app.repark.at.
Click on "Log in"
Enter your mobile phone number.
You will receive an SMS code. Enter it – and you're done!

Tip: If the SMS does not arrive or an error occurs (e.g. due to Google Recaptcha), the following options are available:

Wait a few minutes – sometimes the SMS delivery takes a little longer.
Enter your phone number and do not press "Next" yet. Wait about 30 seconds until a red text appears below the "Next" button. Tap on this text to start the alternative verification process without Google Recaptcha.
Try a different browser.
Use beta.repark.at – the registration process has already been revised there and offers an alternative verification method.

2. Booking a spot

Select period: Tap on the calendar ("Today") and choose when you want to park (single day or multiple days)
Select garage: Choose the desired Repark location on the map.
Confirm booking: Enter your license plate number and payment details, then confirm the booking.

3. Parking & Access You don't need a paper ticket or a key – your smartphone is your opener!

Open the gate: When you arrive at the garage, open your active booking in the web app and press the large "Open garage door" button.

How do I get to the garage? (including pedestrians)

To gain access to a Repark garage, whether by car or on foot, please use the functions in the Repark app.

How it works:

Open our Homepage: Navigate to app.repark.at
Select your booking: Go to your current booking.
Gain access:

By car: Select your booking to open the garage door. A “Open garage door” button will appear. As a pedestrian: Follow the instructions in the app to gain access as a pedestrian. This will show you which entrance or exit to use.

Important information:

Only park in marked parking spaces: All parking spaces have a sign with our logo; only park in these spaces. Do not park in spaces without this sign.

Are you at the correct garage? Please take a look at your booking. You will see pictures of the entrance there. Compare them with your current location to make sure you are standing in front of the right gate.
Did you click the "Open" button? Make sure you have tapped the open button within your active booking.
Reload the page Are you getting an error message or is nothing happening? Please refresh the webpage completely on your smartphone and try again.
