How do I book?
1. Registration (first time only)
Before you can book, you need to register quickly. 1 It works without a password:
Go to app.repark.at.

Currently, parking spaces can only be booked for full days (00:00-23:59).
You can now also book several days at once.
Since each booking is valid for the entire day, you can use the parking space on the booking date for as long or as short a time as you wish.PopularHow do I get to the garage? (including pedestrians)
To gain access to a Repark garage, whether by car or on foot, please use the functions in the Repark app.
How it works:
Open our Homepage: Navigate to app.repark.at
Select your booking: Go to your current booking.
Gain access:
By car: Select your booking to open the garage door. A “Open garage door” button will appear.
As a pedestrian: Follow the instructions in the app to gain access as a pedestrian. This will show you which entrance or exit to use.

Are you at the correct garage?
Please take a look at your booking. You will see pictures of the entrance there. Compare them with your current location to make sure you are standing in front of the right gate.
Did you click the "Open" button?
Make sure you have tapped the open button within your active booking.

You can reserve a parking space up to six months in advance. Depending on availability, you can also book parking spaces spontaneously at any time and park immediately.Some readersCan I leave the garage and drive back in again?
Yes! With Repark, you always have flexibility and can leave and return to the garage as often as you like. As long as you have an active booking, you can open the garage door again and again – at no extra charge.Some readersCan I add another license plate to my profile?
Of course! Under the menu item “Vehicles,” you can add additional license plates that you would like to use for bookings.
On the checkout screen, before you confirm a booking by making a payment, you can select the vehicle you are using by tapping on your license plate.
Please make sure that you always specify the correct vehicle or license plate for a booking!Few readersHow do I add a voucher?
You can add vouchers to your payment on the checkout screen of the booking process. Below your payment information, you will find the “Add voucher” button.
Then enter your voucher in the field provided and confirm by clicking “Enter.”Few readersChange invoice (company details, foreign VAT ID, license plate number)
Would you like to make changes to an invoice that has already been issued or add specific company details? Here are the options and restrictions.
How to do it:
Bookings already made: Changes to invoices for bookings that have already been made are not possible.
Future bookings: For future bookings, you can enter your company details in the profile section on our homepage. These will be automatically transferred to the invoice.
Foreign VAT numbers: Please note that foreign VAT nFew readersCan I cancel a booking?
If you no longer need your booking, it is generally possible to cancel it. However, this is only possible before the start of the booking.
Example 1:
You make a booking for Saturday in two weeks' time. On Thursday, you realize that you no longer need the parking space for Saturday.
→ Cancellation is possible.
Example 2:
You book a parking space for today. Two hours after making the booking, you realize that you don't need the parking space.
→ Cancellation is not possible.Few readersIs a Day Ticket or Booking Valid for 24 Hours or One Day?
A day ticket is not valid for 24 hours, but is valid for one calendar day.
Validity Period
All day tickets are always valid from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM - regardless of when you booked the ticket.
Examples:
Booking at 10:00 AM: Ticket valid until 11:59 PM the same day
Booking at 10:00 PM: Ticket valid until 11:59 PM the same day
Booking at 1:00 AM: Ticket valid until 11:59 PM the same day

If you want to use a large vehicle, please note the height and width dimensions of the desired parking space.
If you are not sure whether your vehicle will fit in the selected location, please use one of our open spaces. You can recognize these by the pictures of the respective location!

Yes, we offer a reduced monthly rate for most of our locations, which you can take advantage of if you choose "monthly subscriptions". During the booking process, you can add another payment method by tapping “Use new card”.
Use the menu (round button in the top right corner) to navigate to the “Payment methods” submenu to remove outdated payment methods from your quick selection.Few readersWill I receive an invoice?
Yes! Your invoice will be sent automatically to your verified email address.
If you have not yet verified your email address and need an invoice for a past booking, please contact us via the support form!
For company invoices:
Click on the profile icon (small circle in the top right corner) to access the “Personal data” settings. There you can enter a VAT identification number (UID), which will always be shown on your invoice.Few readersWhat should I do if someone is parked in my reserved parking space?
This can happen in rare cases.
You can simply move to another Repark parking space in the same garage.
Also the Parkingspace needs to have our Repark-Sign on it!

Why can't you access your account?
Our system uses your phone number for secure login and identity verification. Without access to this number, we are unable to verify that you are the legitimate account holder for security reasons.
Create a new account
Since we cannot verify your identity without access to the registered phone number, you will need to create a new account.

If our Web-App shows a garage as fully booked, there are genuinely no parking spots available for the selected day/period.

Parking spots are rented on a daily basis.
This means: If you have a booking for a day, you can enter and exit as many times as you like within that period.
Even if individual spots appear to be free, they may already be booked by other users who areFew readersGarage Opening Hours
Most garages are accessible around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During your active booking, you can enter, and drive in and out of your booked garage at any time without restrictions. You can find the controls for this in your booking.
Garages with restricted opening hours
Some garages have fixed opening hours. Whether this applies to your garage is indicated in the respective garage description. In this case, entry as well as driving in and out is only possible within theFew readersCan I switch to a different garage?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to switch to a different garage. At the time of your parking spot booking, a rental agreement is established between you and the owner for the selected period.Few readers
