Can I cancel a booking?

If you no longer need your booking, it is generally possible to cancel it. However, this is only possible before the start of the booking.

Example 1:

You make a booking for Saturday in two weeks' time. On Thursday, you realize that you no longer need the parking space for Saturday.

→ Cancellation is possible.

Example 2:

You book a parking space for today. Two hours after making the booking, you realize that you don't need the parking space.

→ Cancellation is not possible.

Please note: When canceling a booking, a small cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the rental conditions.

In your profile, you will find a button labeled “Bookings.” This will take you to your bookings.

There, select the booking you want to cancel. Under “Booking details,” you will find the cancel button.
