Garage Opening Hours

Most garages are accessible around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During your active booking, you can enter, and drive in and out of your booked garage at any time without restrictions. You can find the controls for this in your booking.

Garages with restricted opening hours

Some garages have fixed opening hours. Whether this applies to your garage is indicated in the respective garage description. In this case, entry as well as driving in and out is only possible within the stated opening hours.

Your vehicle may remain in the garage outside of opening hours – provided there is an active booking for that period. Please note, however, that picking up your vehicle outside of opening hours is generally not possible.

Need to pick up your vehicle outside of opening hours?

If you exceptionally need to pick up your vehicle outside of opening hours, please contact us in advance. As someone would need to come to the location specifically to open the gate, an additional flat fee may apply.
