Is a Day Ticket or Booking Valid for 24 Hours or One Day?

A day ticket is not valid for 24 hours, but is valid for one calendar day.

Validity Period

All day tickets are always valid from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM - regardless of when you booked the ticket.

Examples:

• Booking at 10:00 AM: Ticket valid until 11:59 PM the same day
• Booking at 10:00 PM: Ticket valid until 11:59 PM the same day
• Booking at 1:00 AM: Ticket valid until 11:59 PM the same day

Important Note for Overnight Parking

If you need to stay in the garage overnight and park after 11:59 PM, you will need a 2-day booking.

Why Until 11:59 PM?

A day ticket covers one complete calendar day - from midnight to midnight.

Tip

For longer stays or overnight parking, plan accordingly and book a 2-day ticket in advance to avoid additional charges.
