The garage is displayed as "Fully Booked"

If our Web-App shows a garage as fully booked, there are genuinely no parking spots available for the selected day/period.

"I have already entered the garage but can see that parking spots are free?"

Parking spots are rented on a daily basis.

This means: If you have a booking for a day, you can enter and exit as many times as you like within that period.

Even if individual spots appear to be free, they may already be booked by other users who are currently out or have not yet arrived.

Please never park on a spot without an active booking.

"I found a parking spot and would like to book now. But the app says fully booked?"

Unfortunately, there are no parking spots available at this time. We kindly ask you to find a different garage. In our Web-App you can see all availabilities in real time and make a booking.

"I need to extend my booking, but the garage is fully booked?"

In this case, an extension is unfortunately not possible, as no parking spots are available in the following period. You will need to keep your original booking and leave the garage by the end of your booking (11:59 PM).
