What happens if I no longer have access to my phone number?

Why can't you access your account?


Our system uses your phone number for secure login and identity verification. Without access to this number, we are unable to verify that you are the legitimate account holder for security reasons.


Create a new account


Since we cannot verify your identity without access to the registered phone number, you will need to create a new account.


Step 1: Obtain a new phone number

  • Replacement SIM card from your provider
  • New phone number
  • Recovery of your old number (if possible)

Step 2: Register a new account

  • Create a new account with your current phone number
  • Complete the registration process fully
  • Enter your email address and other details

Step 3: Start using the service again

  • Add your payment methods again
  • Create new bookings as needed
