What should I do if someone is parked in my reserved parking space?

This can happen in rare cases.

You can simply move to another Repark parking space in the same garage.


The only important thing is that your booking must be active and your license plate number must be correctly registered.

Also the Parkingspace needs to have our Repark-Sign on it!


The same applies to fixed subscription parking spaces: simply move to another Repark parking space. You don't need to notify us separately. However, if the other car is parked in your space for a longer period of time, please let us know by phone or email.
